How long does shipping take?

When will my order ship?
Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible. During high-demand periods, processing times may be longer.
How can I track my package?
You will receive an email with tracking information from the shipping company once your order ships.
Which size should I order?
Most of our products have an oversized fit. You can check each product’s sizing in the size guide provided. Additionally, you can refer to the model’s height and the size they are wearing for guidance.

If I’m not happy with my purchase, can I return/exchange it?
We accept returns for items in new condition that have not been worn, washed, or altered, following our Return and Exchange Policy.
How long do I have to request a return?
You have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Is there a charge for making a return?
No, but you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
How long will it take to process my refund?
Please allow up to 14 days for us to receive and process your return. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
How do I care for my product?
Follow the washing instructions on the garment label to ensure longevity.
